1. Once enabled, a Beneficiaries tab appears on your general product.
   There are three beneficiary types, configured during your account onboarding.

   Main Account (e.g., parent or adult player) – the primary account holder who logs in to make payments for themselves or sub-accounts.

   Sub-Account (e.g., student or junior player) – registered under the main account holder, with payments made on their behalf.

   Visitor (e.g., guest) – not registered for a Payzone account; payments are made as a guest.

2. Toggle Enable Beneficiaries to Yes. Once enabled, you cannot disable this setting.

3. Add a Beneficiary Label title, e.g., Student, Attendee, Member. This label appears on reports to identify the payment recipient.

4. Tick the appropriate box for the beneficiary or beneficiaries. You can assign multiple beneficiary types per product. For example, a club might use the setup below; a school might use Parent and Student.

Example;

Junior Member – an item available only to registered junior members or students, such as Junior Membership fees or a School Trip. Note: The primary account holder must be logged in to view and pay for items assigned to Junior Members/Students.

Parent/Adult Member – an item available only to registered parents or adult members, such as Adult Membership fees or Voluntary Contributions for a school.

Guest Payer – items available to all registered and non-registered members, such as Donations or event tickets.

5. This prompts the user to enter their name when purchasing a product with beneficiary enabled. In this example, parent and junior member options are enabled, and the parent can select the beneficiary's name from the drop-down menu.
   

   
   

6. You can then view the beneficiaries name from your reports.
