Beneficiaries

A beneficiary is the individual that will benefit from the purchase made on your system. By using this feature you can prompt your users to enter a beneficiary name to the product they are purchasing and then you can view that information on your reports.

This is available on General products only.

  1. To enable this feature on your account please email support@payzone.ie and let us know that you want it enabled.

  2. Once it is enabled, you will find the ‘Beneficiaries’ tab on your general product

  3. From there you can choose to enable it based on the requirements of each product. Turn the switch to YES to enable it. You can then add in the ‘Beneficiary Label’ for example Student. Attendee, Member etc.

  4. This will then prompt the user to enter in their name when purchasing a product with beneficiary enabled.

  5. You can then view the beneficiaries name from your reports.
