Request a Payment

This article outlines how you can request a payment from a customer/ non-registered customer.


Follow these steps:

  1. From the dashboard click on the Request Payment button, this will open the below screen.

  2. Enter in the Email Address of the person you wish to request money from. If you enter in an email address that is already registered, it will recognise the person and you will see the below message. If you are happy to proceed, the system will prefill the First Name & Surname fields.

    If the person you want to request money from is not registered on the system, you can input their email address and manually input their First Name & Surname

  3. Select the item for payment from the Product drop down list.

  4. The Amount can be amended if needed. Select a Due Date if you wish, otherwise it will default to the next day.

    Include an optional Note if you wish.

  5. Click Create & Send to send the payment request to the user via email.

For other ways to request payments follow the below steps.

  1. Search the person you wish to request a payment from, from the search bar on your dashboard.

  2. Click on the 3 dots beside their name.

  3. Click on Payment Request.

  4. Alternatively, from Step 2, you can also click on their hyperlinked name, which will bring you into their profile. And you can Request Payment from there.

Use the Reset button to reset the payment request at any time.
