Waiting List

If you have limits configured on your products, this article will explain how the waiting list feature will work.

Display remaining is set to NO on your limited product

  1. When a customer reaches the page of a sold out product, they will see the following

  2. They fill out any details as normal and click ‘Add to Cart’

  3. They will see the below message

  4. Once they click ‘Register Interest', they will see the below message

  5. The organisation email will then receive an email letting you know the name of the person (main account holder) who has expressed interest along with the time and date they expressed their interest and their email address and phone number.

  1. When a customer reaches the page of a sold out product, they will see the following

  2. Once they click ‘Register Interest', they will see the below message
