Transferring Recurring Payments
It is possible to transfer recurring payments, see below for some information around this
When you transfer a plan to a new product that also allows a recurring option, the instalment arrangement will move with to the new plan. Here’s what you can expect:
The frequency of the payments—whether weekly, monthly, or otherwise—will stay exactly the same.
The instalment due dates won’t change.
The number of instalments remaining will be identical to what was in place before the transfer.
Any deposit already paid will be carried over to the new product.
If there has already been some instalment payments, those will also be transferred and reflected on the new plan.
The amount of each instalment will remain unchanged.
Any processing charges associated with the plan will stay the same.
Transferring to a product that doesn’t allow recurring payments, if you're transferring to a new product that does not support recurring payments, and both products are the same price, here’s what will happen:
The existing instalment plan will be cancelled as the new product doesn’t allow recurring payments.
Any deposit or instalments already paid will be transferred to the new product.
If there’s still a balance left to pay, a pop-up will appear to let you know and you can choose how to handle it as seen here.
