How to update card details on a recurring plan

The below article will go through how a customer can update their card details on a recurring plan.

Cards will need to be updated when they have expired or have been lost.


A customer should follow the below steps.

  1. Log into their account.

  2. Click on their name on the top right and select ‘My Installments’ from the menu bar.


  3. 'Select' the plan they wish to change the details for.


  4. Select ‘Replace Card


  5. Enter in new card details and press ‘Replace Card


  6. The customer will see a Success message if card has been replaced successfully
