Sending an Email Communication


  1. After you have chosen which report you want to use to communicate with your customers, click on the communications button.

  2. Choose if you would like to communicate via Sms or Email.

  3. If you choose SMS you will see the following screen:

    1. Add an Email Subject

    2. Type in the Message you want to communicate

    3. Add a Signature

    4. Select your recipients individually or Select All

    5. Once all fields are filled in this will enable the send button and you can click Send

  4. You will get a pop to confirm the amount of emails that will be sent, if you wish to proceed click Continue.

  5. You will then receive a pop to tell you will receive an email once all the emails have been sent
