Viewing a Bank Reconciliation Report (Stripe Accounts)

The Bank Reconciliation Report will display all your lodgements to your bank account, making it easy to reconcile your accounts.


Follow these steps

  1. From your dashboard click ReportsBank Reconciliation.

  2. Click the text box under Start Date and select a date from the calendar. Repeat this step for the End Date.

  3. Click Select Bank Account and choose a bank account you wish to report one from the drop-down list.

  4. All payments that match your search criteria will be returned.

  5. You will a report similar to the below.


  6. The Totals section will show you the following items for all payments within the date range you have selected selected.


  7. Click on the 3 dots to:

    1. View Details - This will give you a breakdown of each payment that makes up your totals.

    2. View Summary By Product - This will show you the total amount taken in for each of your products within the date range you have selected.

  8. From the main body of the report you will see the following:

    1. Date - Refers to the date you will see the payment in your bank account and on your bank statement.

    2. Number of Payments - This is the amount of individual payments that make up a particular batch.

    3. Total Charged - Shows the total amount for the product purchased within that batch.

    4. Total Administration Charge - Shows the total administration cost charged for the products within that batch.

    5. Total Paid - Is the Total Charged + Total Administration Charge

    6. EPP Charge - This is the total transaction charge charged by Payzone for all the transactions within that batch.

    7. Stripe Charge - This is the total transaction charge charge by Stripe for all the transactions within that batch.

    8. Total Banked - Is the amount that will reach your bank account, this is Total Paid minus EPP Charge & Stripe Charge.

    9. As with all reports you can use the search field to search for any data on the page and you can export the report with the export button next to the search field.


  9. Click the 3 dots next to any of your batches to get more information about any of the batches. See step 7 for an explanation on each of the categories.
